I’m a huge Beatles fan, so I really wanted to like the site more... it’s not bad!! The layout is fine, easy to get around, all that. But the editorial stuff feels kinda weak to me?? A lot of the articles are really short and don’t go very deep, like they’re mostly just repeating the same basic facts most fans already know. I was expecting more detail, better updates, maybe something that felt a little more special coming from an official site!!! It’s not terrible or anything... just a bit underwhelming.

I ordered a shirt from thebeatles.com it all seems legit. The tags and print look official, which was a relief because I’ve definitely seen fake-looking stuff on other sites before... Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall I’m glad I went for it, and I’d probably buy again if they had a decent sale or something..

When my order arrived, the box was crushed. To me, it looked like it had been handled a bit too roughly during shipping. Luckily, the item itself seemed okay, but the packaging definitely didn’t make the best first impression.

i was impressed with the range of Beatles stuff they had. I found albums, shirts, and a bunch of little gift ideas all in one place, which made it really easy to pick something without having to search all over.

I tried to make my payment several times, but it just kept failing over and over. After a few attempts, I gave up because it was really frustrating. I’d appreciate an apology or at least some explanation for why this happened.

I got the order confirmation from thebeatles.com, so that part went through fine. The site itself was easy to use, no real issues there. I’m just... still waiting on more info, I guess. Like shipping updates or a clearer idea of when it’s actually coming would help. Not a bad experience so far, just sort of average and a bit unclear

I went on the site to check out some merch and news, and while the content itself was nice, the whole experience felt kind of messy. A few pages were slow to load, and the menu was hard to figure out on my phone. I also got a little confused because the email made it sound like one thing, but the site seemed to say another. I did eventually find what I was looking for, but it took way more clicking around than I expected. For such a big band, I thought it would be easier to use.

I ordered a Beatles tee from thebeatles.com, and it showed up quickly!! The print looks really nice, and the shirt feels decent... not super thick or anything, but definitely not cheap-feeling either. The only thing is the sizing runs a little small!!! I got my usual medium, and it fits more like a small-medium, so I’d probably size up next time. Still happy with it overall though!!

Everything showed up exactly like I ordered, so nooo mix-ups there. I did have to spend a bit of time checking my emails, which was a little annoying, but it all worked out in the end

I use thebeatles.com now and then for news and merch, and it’s straightforward to get around. I’ve found the emails helpful sometimes too, especially when there’s a new release or something limited coming out.
The main downside is that the promo emails can feel a bit frequent. It’s not a huge problem, but I definitely delete some without opening them. Overall though, it’s been a decent experience.

My preorder showed up later than I expected, which was a little annoying, but support was quick to reply. The package were packed fine when it got here, so overall it wasn’t too bad

I’m still waiting for my order, and the tracking info has been completely useless. It either doesn’t update or gives no real idea of where the package is. At this point, I’d like this looked into properly or escalated, because I shouldn’t have to keep guessing when something I paid for is going to arrive.

I ordered a shirt to Canada and the shirt itself was really fine, no complaints there. But I ended up getting hit with a customs fee that I really wasn’t expecting, and it made the whole order cost way more than I had planned. I just wish they had made that clearer before checkout

I ordered a shirt from thebeatles.com, but the sizing was off. The return process wasn’t terrible, well, actually, it was kind of annoying, and it took almost 3 weeks to get my refund. Support did respond, but they were a bit slow. I love the band, just not so much the store experience.

I ordered a Beatles vinyl and it showed up in one piece, so that was fine. The sleeve looked good too, no real complaints there. But the record itself had some light pops and a bit of surface noise, which annoyed me. For the price, I don’t really have the patience to deal with a copy that isn’t cleaner. It’s still playable and not a total disaster, but I expected better. I might buy again, but I’m definitely not in a hurry...

They got back to me fast. Answered my question. Sorted it out. Good overall.

The print does look really nice, like I said, but the fabric feels a bit thinner than I was expecting. For the price, I thought it would be a little more substantial. Like I said, it’s cute, just not quite the quality I hoped for.

The site is easy to browse, and as a Beatles fan, I do think they have some really cool items. I just found myself hesitating once I saw the prices, especially after shipping was added. Maybe I’m being picky, but it feels a little high for what you get. I’d be curious if other fans feel the same way, because I’d definitely shop here more often if the overall value felt better.

I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been weeks now. Maybe this was just my experience, but if this is how one order gets handled, it doesn’t give me much confidence in the service overall.
